Mary Mary - The Sound

Andree Farais from ChristianMusicToday.com says this album,

"sounds like … a combination of top-flight R&B similar to Mary J. Blige, plus production resembling the work of Kanye West, Pharrell Williams, Lil Wayne, and T-Pain."

I have to admit I was a little skeptical.....Gospel plus T-Pain like music? Hmmm, I didn't know about that...But after listening to a few songs, I have to say that the album is actually nice! It's exactly what I want to energize my spirit when I'm getting ready for church!

Montell Jordan - Let It Rain

For the record - I am NOT encouraging anybody to go out and actually spend your hard-earned money on this. Unless you just really need a good laugh.... I went to his msypace to listen, and it sounds like he is still stuck in the 90's. Sad. And the video for his single featuring "Cignature" is even more sad. In fact, this pitiful effort reminds of something else.....Remember this? Watch it and let me know what you think...
